Can I see a visual before the order is printed?

ABSOLUTELY! We always provide a visual before printing anything. The visuals are sent out within 48-72 hours, generally. Nothing will be printed without your approval.

What is the time frame to receive my order?

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that depending on the time of year, delivery times may vary between approximately 3 to 5 weeks.

What is the shipping method?

Orders are usually sent via Dicom or Purolator. Once the package has been sent, it typically takes 2-3 business days to get it.

What is a PMS color?

Just like a paint code at the hardware store, a "PMS" color corresponds to a specific shade.

Do the clothes shrink after washing?

Although the cotton in the garments is pre-shrunk, it is very likely that the garment will shrink after the FIRST MACHINE DRYING. This can vary between 5% and 10% depending on the fabric composition. The garment will shrink in length, not width, after the first drying.

What is normal wear and tear on clothing?

Exposure to sunlight or repeated friction against a material or surface can cause premature wear of the garment due to its use. It has not been proven that a "more expensive" or "higher quality" garment will degrade more slowly than the garments offered on this site. The clothing featured on this site is mid-range, chosen to provide a good value-for-money balance, considering their use in a "more demanding" work environment compared to office work.

 

The Pilling

This phenomenon is typically noticed under the arms. The daily friction between the body and the arm causes the fabric to wear down, creating small fabric pills under the arm. This is normal. The same phenomenon can also occur in specific areas of the garment due to repeated movement on an uneven surface or the transport of materials in the same spot.

The Fading

Excessive sweating or prolonged exposure to the sun can cause the fabric to fade. This depends on the type of use and the person wearing the garment.
